Innova Medical acts as an economic operator of Medical Devices and specifically as exclusive commercial representative, as an importer and as a distributor. The Quality Policy of the company is listed below:
To provide products and services that will satisfy the needs of the customers as stated in relevant signed offers/contracts and at the same time keeping the costs at competitive level
To ensure that the requirements and expectations of the customers, taking into consideration the obligations arising from the contracts and including the legislative requirements have been identified and fulfilled
To employ personnel which has been selected according to the requirements and criteria of the position, but also the willingness to participate to the company’s vision
To implement a program of continuous training of personnel by specialized trainers To adopt latest technology and constantly improve the equipment used
To systematically monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
To establish and achieve the quality objectives
Innova medical is a guarantee for the quality of the provided products and services.
In order to achieve the above the company implements a documented Quality Management System according to the requirements of the International Standards ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and New Regulation (MDR 745/2017) including all business activities that affect the quality of products and services provided.
Quality Policy is approved by top management and is addressed to all employees and stakeholders of Innova Medical and for the entire range of business activities.
The Policy is in compliance to all applicable laws and regulations and is binding for all internal and external interested bodies.
