Innova Medical is committed to conducting business ethically and with the utmost integrity, which includes compliance with all relevant laws and regulations against bribery adopts the below Antibribery Policy in order to:
- Determine internal and external matters relevant to bribery risks
- Determine specific rules for preventing and combating bribery
- Ensure a high level of ethical behavior during the execution of company’s activities
- Require compliance with anti-bribery laws that are applicable to the company
- Communicate the antibribery Policy within the organization and to business associates
- Ensure the vigilance of the company's staff so that they are able to recognize and consequently avoid actions related to bribery
- Encourage raising concerns in good faith οr on the basis of a reasonable belief in confidence, without fear of reprisal
- Design and implement an antibribery management system through the adoption of procedures that promote integrity and discourage bribery and measures in order to identify and assess risks and prevent or deal with bribery
- Commit to continual improvement of the antibribery management system
- Create actions and procedures which reflect the spirit for zero tolerance to bribery practices.
Antibribery Policy is approved by top management and is addressed to all employees and stakeholders of Innova Medical and for the entire range of business activities.
The Policy is in compliance to all applicable laws and regulations and is binding for all internal and external interested bodies.
